Feed Your Spirit: The Catskills
September 8-13 | Catskills Mountains, NYA Letter from Dalai Mama
If you've found yourself here, I have a feeling something inside of you has been whispering that it's time. Time to slow down. Time to reconnect. Time to remember yourself beyond the roles, responsibilities, and endless noise of everyday life.
Feed Your Spirit wasn't created because I wanted to host another retreat. It was born from something much deeper. For years, I've been gathering people on the land and holding space for the kind of return that doesn't often happen in everyday life. Every gathering reminds me of the same truth: healing happens in relationship, with nature, with community, with our bodies, and with the quiet parts of ourselves we've learned to overlook.
If you know what it feels like to pour so much of yourself into everyone else that you've forgotten the sound of your own spirit, this space was created with you in mind.
For six days, we'll step away from the pace of everyday life and into a different rhythm, our own world. We'll share nourishing meals, meaningful conversations, movement, creativity, herbal wisdom, sound healing, and the quiet medicine of nature. You don't have to arrive with everything figured out. You only have to come exactly as you are.
My hope is simple: that you leave feeling lighter, more connected to yourself, and reminded that the answers you've been searching for have been within YOU all along.
If your heart is saying yes, I'd be honored to welcome you to the Catskills.
With love,
Dalai Mama
