Flu Season Remedy Tea from My Mother & I

A warm blend for the lungs, the gut, and the immune system.

Some recipes stay in your family because they work.
This cold remedy tea is one of those. I called my mom as soon as I came down with the worst cold, the one that takes your head and leaves your body in a slump. I felt like Spongebob with the suds lord! She gave me the ingredients and I added some of my own and together we made something powerful. This tea supports immunity, hydration, respiratory function, digestion, and inflammation.
It also gives comfort, which matters when your body is fighting something.

Below is the full recipe and all the benefits of what goes into the pot.

Why This Tea Works

Cold symptoms usually begin in three places:

the throat, the lungs, and the gut.
This blend supports all three.

The fruits bring vitamin C and hydration.
The herbs support the respiratory system.
The spices warm the body and help fight microbes.
The flowers and leaves add antioxidants that protect your cells during illness.

You feel the support within the first few sips.
